Every project is different, but there are a few things clients often want to know before starting. Here’s what to expect when working with Pacific
Find answers to common questions about working with Pacific, from project scope and timelines to revisions and ongoing support.
Every project is scoped based on what you need, the work involved, your timeline, and the platforms we’ll be working with. Rather than offering fixed public packages, we start with a Scope Call to understand the project and determine the right approach.
Ownership and handoff details are outlined in your project agreement before work begins, so you’ll know exactly what belongs to you and what, if anything, remains licensed or managed by a third party.
Review and revision points are defined as part of the project scope. You’ll have opportunities to review the work and provide feedback, and we’ll address revisions according to what’s included in your project agreement.
Timelines depend on the type of work, project scope, and how quickly required content, feedback, and approvals are available. We’ll establish the expected timeline as part of your proposal so you know what to expect before work begins.
In many cases, yes. Pacific works across a range of platforms and can often work within the tools and systems your organization already uses. We also have experience supporting churches and ministries with the digital tools that are part of their day-to-day operations.
Have a specific platform in mind? Bring it up during your Scope Call and we’ll confirm whether it fits the project.
It can be. The right fit depends on what you need and the scope of the project. If you’re working with a limited budget, tell us upfront during the Scope Call. We can determine whether there’s an approach that makes sense or let you know if Pacific isn’t the right fit.
A Scope Call is the easiest way to tell us what you’re working on and find out whether Pacific is the right fit.
