Our process is designed to keep the work clear from the first conversation through launch. You’ll know what we’re working on, when your input is needed, and what comes next.
We start with a free 20–30 minute call to learn what you're working on, what you need help with, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll use that conversation to determine the scope and whether Pacific is the right fit.
Once we understand the project, we'll outline the recommended scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and terms. You'll have a clear picture of what's included before work begins.
Once the project is approved, we kick things off by gathering the information, access, assets, and requirements needed to get started. We'll also align on priorities, responsibilities, and project goals before moving into production.
With the direction established, we move into production. Depending on the project, this may include design, development, content implementation, integrations, or other work defined in the approved scope.
You'll review the work and provide feedback at defined points in the project. We'll address revisions within the agreed scope and make sure everything is ready before moving into final testing.
Before launch, we complete a final quality check and address any remaining issues. Once everything is approved and ready, we move the project into production and confirm that it's working as expected.
For retainer clients, the relationship can continue after launch with ongoing support based on the agreed scope. That may include maintenance, updates, optimization, or additional project work as needs evolve.
